While we all enjoy using beautiful fresh products, the flower industry is unfortunately anything but green. I’ve recently been mocked by my friends and colleagues about being an eco-warrior, but all jokes aside it’s actually very hard for us as an industry to be as eco-friendly as we would maybe like to be.
