Using this document

This document can be used when a new employee joins on a homeworking contract, or when an existing employee transfers to working from home. This policy illustrates the way in which an employee should approach a request to work from home and how such a request will be managed by the employer. This policy doesn’t form part of the contract of employment. The policy includes any statutory rights to which employees may be entitled.
