How to Streamline Mother’s Day in Tough Trading Times

Mother’s Day is my favourite ‘peak’ in our Spring floral calendar. I always feel as though it is a happy time, when customers are (in general) in good spirits, happy to buy flowers for their mums, wives and grandmas. Spring is in full throttle and the lighter days are lengthening.

Having said all that, we are all conscious that there is more competition out there than ever before, not only in the number of ‘flower sellers’ but also the number of different options of gifts that customers/consumers can select from to give their loved ones.
