For instance, if you are located in a trendy and upcoming area which majors on selling higher end product then a major face lift can be expected on the cards every 3-5 years. This timeline can be extended by a couple of years if you operate in a more midmarket, traditional retail area and extended to up to 10 years for a serious change if the marketplace you operate in is price conscious and heavily discounted.
