Know your Competitors

One of the first topics I talk about when speaking, teaching and advising people who are interested in starting or wanting to improve a floral business is “know who your competitors are”.

This is such an important subject and should always be on your radar. The definition of competitive research involves identifying your competitors, evaluating their strengths and weaknesses and evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of their products and services.
