Celebrate all things floristry on 8th June
National Florist Day has been created to raise consumer awareness and promote all that is fabulous about the floristry industry. It will celebrate the people who work in it and hopes to encourage more to consider floristry as a serious career opportunity.
The Floristry Trade Club is excited to be a Patron of this new event in its launch year and we're encouraging florists from across the country to take part. Registration for National Florist Day is now open. It’s completely free to get involved, so why not join in the celebration of the wonderful world of flowers, floristry and, of course every type of florist.
Every florist who registers to take part in National Florist Day will be sent a fabulous marketing Tool Kit, packed with ideas on how you can get involved and make the most of the day, and the week leading up to it.
Planned activities so far include:
Faces of Floristry campaign – your chance to nominate the hardworking florists you know.
Floral Jukebox Jury – vote for songs which sum-up the life of a florist.
Flower Icons challenge - which blooms will make it to the Top Ten?
Registration is open until 20th April and its free to sign up, so head here to register your interest
