Since the launch of our Wedding & Event feature, one of the most common questions we’ve been asked is what we include in our terms and conditions for Flowers by Nattrass’ wedding clients. It can be tricky (at the end of the day, we’re florists and not lawyers), but extremely important to get right – you need to make sure you’re covered when it comes to price increases, broken or lost items, or events that are out of your control to name a few.
You also might not have a huge budget to pay for T&C’s to be drawn up for you. So, we decided to share the Wedding and Event terms and conditions we use for Flowers by Nattrass, in the hope that you might find it useful and one less thing to worry about.
Time for our own T&C’s with this post – we are also not lawyers and every florist business is different, so have a read and make sure this works for you and your clients. Any part of the T&C’s doc you use, you are liable for.
How to read & alter our Wedding & Event Terms & conditions:
All text highlighted in red text are time frames or phrases that may differ between florists. Have a read and make sure these details work for you.
‘SHOP’ in purple text will need to be replaced by your company name. Do this in one go by using the replace function in Word.
If you alter, add or remove any bullet points within your terms and conditions the numbering will change automatically. The text highlighted in green relates to other sections in the document. So, if the numbering has changed these will need updating.
Here at Strelitzia, we believe that by giving you the best tools to run your floristry business, along with access to ongoing friendly customer service and advice, you’ll be able to run the most successful business you can.
